Imagine if the roles were reversed:

She’s lying on her back, with her abs as clenched as her teeth. She is wincing in pain, but begging for more, “No! No! No! Don’t stop!” repeatedly.

He’s lying on his stomach, with her hand on the back of his head, gasping for air when he can, taking instruction from the drill sergeant about to ovulate all over her lover’s face. After another barrage of, “Don’t stop! Right there… Don’t stop!” with an uncomfortable look on his face, he knows he is about to receive the orgasm omelet necessary to end the coital affair.
